This bit of American roadside art once stood outside of Del Rio, Texas on the
northern side of the Rio Grande, or Rio Bravo del Norte if you reside in
Mexico. Across the border from Del Rio lies Cuidad Acuna, from whence long
ago came the blasting radio voice of the Wolfman of Del Rio.
